Therefore, we rigorously verify the age of all customers placing orders with us. By completing a purchase on our platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to buy alcohol in the UK.
We take this obligation seriously and reserve the right to request proof of age before fulfilling any orders. The customer’s age to be verified by the driver upon delivery by showing a valid ID. In addition, via the Challenge 25 service, Royal Mail and Parcelforce sends the recipient a notification when the package is delivered. This notification specifically states that the recipient should have ID ready. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in the cancellation of your order and a refund issued accordingly.
Damage or Loss:
We take great care in packaging and delivering your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
